NL Cy young and MVP

This is the easiest award to perdict NL MVP is Albert Pujols and the Cy Young goes to Chris Carpenter both of their numbers are off the charts...
Pujols- .318 BA 40 HRs 107 RBIs 12 SBs
Carpenter- 14-3 W-L 2.20 ERA 115 Ks

Now its time to give credit to the guys who did good but fell short of the award...
Batting: Ryan Braun from the Brewers..crazy year hit for average and power will win multiple MVP awards down the road easily one of best hitters in the game...Mark Reynolds from the D-Backs..surprise year for a guy who batted .239 last year, this year his power numbers are up there as he approaches 40 homers and has a 20 stolen bases...last guy is probably the best player in the league but doesn't get the credit that's Hanley Ramirez hes got 20+ homers 20+ stolen bases and is batting a crazy .365!!!

Pitching: Tim Lincecum could have easily won the award and will receive a lot of first place votes but Carpenter's value to his teams success is astronomical..When Smoltz was having his bullpen session with the team it was Carpenter who noticed that he was tipping his pitches his following start Smoltzy throws 5 strong innings and strikeouts 8 batters..another guy who's locked in is Danny Haren from the D-Backs along with Matt Cain and Adam Wainwright both are having amazing years.

AL Cy Young Winner Please Stand Up?

A little before the All-star break the AL cy young award winner would have been a slam dunk with Zack Greinke winning but at this point in the season its wide open as can be. The league leader in wins right now is CC Sabathia from the first place Yankees but his era is in the mid to upper 3 which makes it a stretch. The ERA leader is Zack Greinke but his 12 wins make him tied for 7th in that categories. And finally the strikeout leader is Justin Verlander from the central leading Detriot Tigers and has an impressive 14 wins at this points and a good era in the low 3s. Taking all that in I rank my top 5 in order and they as followed:
1. Justin Verlander (DET) 14 Ws 3.38 ERA 211Ks
2. Zack Greinke (KC) 12 Ws 2.43 ERA, 197 Ks
3. CC Sabathia (NYY) 15 Ws 3.59 ERA 148 Ks
4. Roy Halladay (TOR) 13 Ws 3.03 ERA 159 Ks
5. Felix Hernandez (SEA) 12 Ws 2.73 ERA 173 Ks

Ok now this is where it gets interesting most of these guys have about 7 to 9 starts left in the season..so predicting the future Ill say the winner will be CC Sabathia of the New York Yankees, the writers who have the votes tend to go with the guy who has a lot of wins rather than the flashing strikeouts, (looking back when Bartola Colon of the Angels beat out Johan Santana when he was on the Twins..Johan dominated him in every categories except wins) but CC has a lot of ground to make up he can do it if he can finish the season with 20+ wins and an ERA in the low 3s in the Yanks final push at the playoffs.

American League MVP Canidates

With the regular season coming to an end Ill tell you who the real MVP and Cy young award winners will be in the next upcoming days
here wat the American League has to offer:

1. Joe Mauer (MIN) .374 BA, 25 HRs, 78 RBIs
2. Derek Jeter (NYY) .332 BA, 16 HRs, 57 RBIs, 21 SBs
3. Mark Teixeira (NYY) .288 BA 31 HRs, 93 RBIs
4. Justin Morneau (MIN) .297 28 HRs, 94 RBIs

Kinda weird that the 4 candidates come from 2 teams but looking over the stats those r my top 4...honestly Jeter win it he is the catalyst to his team being in first place and having the best record plus he should of won the award the year Morneau won it in 2006, ironically he will fighting it out with Twins teammate Joe Mauer...this is a two dog race Mauer and Jeter will battle for it till the end..but when the season is over Derek Jeter will be finally winning his first regular season MVP award on route to his Hall of Fame career

Brett Farve

Brett Farve is coming back!! Sweet John Madden just creamed in his pants and Vikings head coach Brad Childress can go from having dreams about intercourse with Farve to actually doing it. How many players on the Vikings really want this guy on the team? Last year there was a lot of conflict within the Jets locker room about Brett Favre having his own personal agenda and not being a team player. Will this be another case? Whatever happens with the guy i really dont care putting Favre as the starter puts the progress of Tarvaris Jackson on hold for a couple years which is hard to understand due to the fact that hes been playing so well entering his 4th year in the league (2009 3-1 in last 4 games with 8 TDs & 1 INTs) My prediction before the Vikings got Favre was 9-7 now with Favre its 10-6, but regardless they will be knocked out in the first round of the playoffs...Final line good for Brett he got the spotlight and is getting PAIDD 12 million guaranteed first year!

Roth vs Russ round 1

if you look closley i got my ipod on im actually listening to that "boom boom pow" song by the black eyed peas haha russ' expression is priceless when i left the table

Change

Its a new day and i feel like getting my hands dirty, enough of the sensitive stuff lets get down to some real issues that America is dealing with. Ill start with a couple bold statements..if the drinking age was lowered than the death rate would increase and the Americans race would decrease from the year to year..another one is that if Michael Jackson was never alive then Obama would never be president due to the magnification of his movement of African-American society and how his popularity and success paved the way for future black stars...lets see oh yea if Americans wouldnt buy everything their kid wants then the amount of overweight people in this country would decrease, it wont help to have your kid playing video games all fuckin day well you know want dont buy them those video games, problem solved...okay and one more thing is this whole Obama "change" slogan is really stupid the honest truth is that the country's economy sucked when Bush was president and it sucks now when Obama is president the only change is the "change" from seeing a old white guy on tv to seeing a black man, thats the big change.

if u finda leave some comments be real

Michael Vick

People forget that this guy was on top of the world about 4 years ago all the young people in the US wanted to be just like him. He was on the cover of Madden had his own shoes, which i had, had the top selling jersey, and had a commercial called the 'Michael Vick Experience' resembling a roller coaster. So now he is casted out as the devil becuase he funded an operation that he was brought up upon, he states in the 60 minutes interview that at the age of 8 his older family members were participating in watching a dog fight and the cop drove by the scene got out of the car and then got back in the car like it was nothing...that blows my mind..this isnt just about Michael Vick theres are over 200,000 operations of dog fighting in US and the main problem is that fact the law does not seek out finding and punishing these activities. Regardless of what you think of Vick as a player or person he rightfully deserves a second chance, becuase if we all grew up in the south, perhaps we would be engaging in that kind of activity. Im not supporting dog fighting, i love dogs but dont like cats haha anyways he served his time and is turning his negative actions into positive ones in becoming the poster boy for promoting anti-dog fighting in the southern areas. So as Vick killed around 80 dogs he may have just saved hundreds if he uses his position in the media to stop this horrific activities.
