
I am no philosopher but i can tell you that this obesity problem in American can be lessened but not fixed with my plan and it doesnt even require Americans to exercise but by adjusting their eating habitits. ok get this, theres a lot of people who skip breakfast but thats something people have to start to stop doing..if u eat a manageable breakfast then you burn those calories off during the course of the day and it also prevents you making up those meals u missed later in the day...basically if the meal situation was reversed and everyone had their biggest meal when woke up and then it got smaller and smaller from each course to dinner and didnt eat after 8pm than people would be less fat..its sounds crazy but makes a lot of sense the items u eat earlier in the day break down during daily activities and the food eaten later sits in your body and turns to fat during sleep.
