RIP Patrick Swayze..he was battling cancer for several years now and he finally reached his downfall...i give him a lot of credit for still acting and doing tv, A&E drama series "Beast", while enduring the disease he also raised a lot of money in effort of research and hospital care.. my favorite movies of him were in dirty dancing, ghost, point break, and his role in Donnie darko...i really liked him as an actor he had a great sense of style and always delivered

anyways the VMAs was last night and Kanye West really disrespected Taylor Swift when she won her very first moon man...kanye was photographed wit a large bottle of hennessey with his bombshell girlfriend amber rose..amber was wearing almost nothing her tits and ass were hanging out for everyone to see with the skin tight outfit

..but all in all beyonce saved the night when she won her award and reminisced to her times with destiny's child and brought taylor back out for a well deserved accepting speech..u know wat really pissed me off about that night was lil mama from Americas best dance crew coming out on stage when jayz and alicia keys were preforming "empire state of mind" which is an emotional and uplifting song about NYC and there goes Lil mama's drunk ass walking up on stage and acting like a fool.

Depending on when your reading this if its Wednesday or not it will be 9/9/09...is there any significance to this date? most likely no its just another day of the fuckin year but someone out there will probably say they were possessed this day or perhaps say that something spooky or weird happened to them...some Asian kid recently told me that the number 9 is the number of the devil so pay close attention to any deaths on this date..personally the date has nothing to do with what will happened not unless some event was already planned out such as the 9/11 attacks using 9-1-1 as the date of symbolism...taking that into account the movie "9" will open in theatres and most likely that will be about it.

the importance of breakfast

I am no philosopher but i can tell you that this obesity problem in American can be lessened but not fixed with my plan and it doesnt even require Americans to exercise but by adjusting their eating habitits. ok get this, theres a lot of people who skip breakfast but thats something people have to start to stop doing..if u eat a manageable breakfast then you burn those calories off during the course of the day and it also prevents you making up those meals u missed later in the day...basically if the meal situation was reversed and everyone had their biggest meal when woke up and then it got smaller and smaller from each course to dinner and didnt eat after 8pm than people would be less fat..its sounds crazy but makes a lot of sense the items u eat earlier in the day break down during daily activities and the food eaten later sits in your body and turns to fat during sleep.

David Wright is a Pussy

This is no joke David Wright will be wearing this helmet after getting hit in the head and having a concussion putting him on DL for the majority of last month...I dont blame him for being nervous and wanting to protect himself but this looks really fuckin stupid..He says he will continue to wear it for the rest of the season and for perhaps longer..I cant imagine him wearing it next season i just cant.
